
Cincinnati Chapter of NSHMBA (National Society of Hispanic MBAs) held its very first Power Breakfast, with Ms. Graciela Eleta de Cacho, Vice President for Procter & Gamble's Multicultural Development Organization in North America, as the keynote speaker. This event took place in the prestigious Bankers Club.
Ms. Eleta is responsible for developing and executing marketing and retail strategies directed at the Hispanic and African American market in the Unites States and Puerto Rico. The Power Breakfast series has been designed to:
- provide opportunities for key Hispanic leaders to address Hispanic professionals
- make business connections
- create a relaxed, professional networking environment
- recognize individuals who have been strong supporters of the Hispanic community
The event with Ms. Graciela Eleta was wonderful opportunity for Hispanic professionals to hear from a top Latina leader who influences decisions at the global level for one of the premier companies in the world. In addition, they were able to network with other Hispanic professionals from the area, build business connections, and start the day with a high energy event.

The National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA), headquartered in Irving, Texas, was established in 1988 and serves 29 chapters and more than 6,200 members in the United States and Puerto Rico. It exists to foster Hispanic leadership through graduate management education and professional development. NHSMBA works to prepare Hispanics for leadership positions throughout the United States, so that they can provide the cultural awareness and sensitivity vital in the management of the nation’s diverse workforce.
