Cincinnati Chapter of NSHMBA (National Society of Hispanic MBAs) held its very first Power Breakfast, with Ms. Graciela Eleta de Cacho, Vice President for Procter & Gamble's Multicultural Development Organization in North America, as the keynote speaker. This event took place in the prestigious Bankers Club.

Ms. Eleta is responsible for developing and executing marketing and retail strategies directed at the Hispanic and African American market in the Unites States and Puerto Rico. She was the first woman of Latin American descent to occupy the position of Vice President for Procter & Gamble in North America. For a bio of Ms. Eleta please click here...

The Power Breakfast series has been designed to:

  • provide opportunities for key Hispanic leaders to address Hispanic professionals
  • make business connections
  • create a relaxed, professional networking environment
  • recognize individuals who have been strong supporters of the Hispanic community

The event with Ms. Graciela Eleta was wonderful opportunity for Hispanic professionals to hear from a top Latina leader who influences decisions at the global level for one of the premier companies in the world. In addition, they were able to network with other Hispanic professionals from the area, build business connections, and start the day with a high energy event.
