Community : Teaching kids Latin Dancing @ local elementary school
Posted by admin on 2006/5/27 16:20:00 (1169 reads)

What a week! After teaching senior citizens Merengue an Tuesday (read more here), on Friday it was time to teach kids from a Cincinnati elementary school some funky Latin moves.

It was part of Arts Day in the school, and in addition to Hip-Hop, Swing, and Country dancers, we've been invited to introduce close to 600 kids Grade 1-6 to Salsa and Merengue. It was done in groups throughout the day, with the biggest class having 96 students. It was a great fun and kids loved the Latin dancing!
